What is a voucher?

Vouchers are buyers' quota limits for requesting cashback products on Cashbackbase. One voucher is for one product up to 100% cashback.

Coupon deals don't require vouchers.

What is the expiry date for a voucher?

All vouchers have an expiry date and are valid within 7 days.

How to get vouchers?

Currently, we will send out vouchers to active members once a month regularly.

How to use my vouchers?

When you apply for any cashback deals, your vouchers will be automatically redeemed.

Do I still need enough points to request a deal with a voucher?

Yes. You still need to spend a certain amount of points to get cashback deals. Vouchers only refer to your quota limits to requesting deals in a month.

Do I still have to pay for full prices when using the voucher?

Yes. The order process is the same. Buyers will go to Amazon and pay for the items first and then get refunds via PayPal.

Do I get 100% cashback on any item with a voucher?

No. The cashback amount is based on the product discount as stated on the site. For example, if you request a 50%-off item, then you will get 50% cashback.

Do I get my voucher back if I cancel a deal request?

Yes. If you don't want a deal, you can cancel it and the voucher will be automatically returned to your account.
