I've been using felt stickers on my chairs for years due to our hardwood floors. I've had to replace those stickers every six months or so because they tend to start falling/shifting off the bottom of the leg. Additionally, over time the felt starts to get compressed enough that it doesn't feel like it's offering much protection anymore. These definitely are providing better protection _at the moment_ than the felt stickers that they replaced. It remains to be seen how long the felt on these last though before needing to be replaced. The one word of warning that I'll give is that our chair legs are tapered in the front and not in the back. These are completely loose on those front legs (if you were to lift the chair up, the sliders on the front would remain on the floor). So, some of these product pictures are a bit deceiving with how well they will hug to any shape. Be sure to pay close attention to the diameters in that product picture. I will end this final, positive thought: our chairs are now sliding quieter, both with and without someone sitting in them, than they ever did with the stick on felt....likely because these sliders have better coverage than the felt stickers did. My wife did comment at first that she wasn't sure if she'd want to keep them on, from an aesthetic perspective, because she thought that they detracted from the look of the chairs (it wasn't a great wood brown color match relative to the color of the legs), but she has had to agree that the chairs are so much quieter now (which also means that our floor isn't getting damaged as much).

Very happy with the product. They stay on a chair, unlike the felt pads I've used in the past, and consistently fall off.

I got a new dinning table but kept my existing chairs. The chairs are very nice but was causing scratch marks on the floor. This product solve the problem and I am loving it!

They are so convenient. Fits on the bottom of my chair perfectly. I have tried the stick on ones and the glue always comes off
