I have an older mobile home & my bedroom window leaks during heavy rain. This tape took care of the problem immediately after application. Saved me a considerable amount of money.

I bought this because my birdbath had a crack in it. and wouldn't hold water. I wasn't sure if it would work, but I sealed the crack with the tape from underneath so as not to ruin the appearance and it hasn't leaked a drop since!

I had hope that this Waterproof Butyl Tape would aid in keeping the wind and cold out and also the rain from coming in though my big old drafty windows. I am unable at this time to afford new windows but all around the frames the wood is pretty much gone. I was able to seal with this tape which was very easy to use, there is plenty on the roll which helped me do a large BAY WINDOW and around my two glass windows that frame around the front door. Becase it looked like I used tin foil I purchased a roll of faux wood contact paper which was easy to cut on the preprinted dotted line to keep it all even and cover the silver tin foil look of the repair tape and make it look like molding or actual wood frame. I am very happy with not only the aesthetics of this but most especially my main goal which was to make it so I didnt have horrible drafts, rain and snow coming in. It covered all three in just this past week in NY. Very reasonable price for the amount of tape you receive.

This product is amazing and is just what I needed to seal the roof on my RV. I used it 3 years ago for a different area and it is still holding strong.

I got this for my back porch because it was leaking in the back porch roof so to speak is made out of the same stuff that is RVs are made of and we had some leaks when it was raining. If I recommend one thing to put on your package I'd recommend you saying not to set it down on anything that is not able to peel it off of like a piece of plastic I set it down on the table for like 5 minutes and I had to pry it off of there so it works great almost bonded to the table and that was still in the role not even applied to anything... So if this definitely works it's a great product!
