Yes. You still need to spend a certain amount of points to get cashback deals. Vouchers only refer to your quota limits to requesting deals in a month.

Do I still have to pay for full prices when using the voucher?

Yes. The order process is the same. Buyers will go to Amazon and pay for the items first and then get refunds via PayPal.

Do I get 100% cashback on any item with a voucher?

No. The cashback amount is based on the product discount as stated on the site. For example, if you request a 50%-off item, then you will get 50% cashback.

Do I get my voucher back if I cancel a deal request?

Yes. If you don't want a deal, you can cancel it and the voucher will be automatically returned to your account.
