Finding and keeping calm

I like how the book explained calmness thoroughly. From every angle and in relatable examples. I found the tips and guides for self reliance and confidence, yoga, mantras and burnout prevention very useful. Natural Calm is a very honest helpful book on finding, practicing and keeping calm. My favorite section is regarding technology and how to use it properly, avoiding information overload and emotional stress. I more easily recognize in myself now when I am making decisions out of bad habits that ruin my calm. I do wish the phrase "so called" was used less often.
